Sponsoring Altar Flowers
Altar flowers are a great way to beautify the sanctuary and remind your fellow worshipers of the new life that Jesus brings. They are also a great way to commemorate an event near a specific date, or honor/remember someone close to your heart. You can now sponsor altar flowers for a specific week.
To sponsor contact the church office by email, or click here.

Temple Goes Solar
Wednesday, July 28, 2021 Temple Lutheran, Havertown, cut the ribbon on a new 44kW solar array, installed with the help of Solarize DelCo, an all volunteer program of neighbors helping neighbors to go solar. The electricity produced by the panels is enough to offset 100 percent of Temple's annual electricity usage and eliminate 24 tons of carbon emissions each year. (Photo by Rev. Matt Staniz)

ADVENT GENEROSITY PROJECT
Temple Lutheran Church has chosen to raise funds for the Tatarchuk-Gadzhaman family who recently moved to Havertown from war-torn Ukraine. Olga and Alex are trying to bring Olga's parents, Igor and Elena, safely to the United States so that her three young children can be reunited with their grandparents.
100% of everything donated will go towards getting them set up with an apartment while they learn English and look for jobs in the U.S.
